Nabila trotted through, head held high in nobility and leadership. She looked around, these were going to be her lands. She was born for leadership she thought. She approached the place where she decided to settle and wait for her followers. The mare reared and landed from her rear and a harsh glint of pride and fearlessness shone in her green eyes. Her cranium moved, stretching the muscles in her boa while she looked for anyone. Those who dared approach the fearless mare were the true brave ones, that she hungered to know for so long, instead of the cowards she had been surrounded by. Se grazed a bit and waited for followers.

Razor galloped through the plains letting his body take on the illusion of being on fire. His flaming red body encased in the fake flames that others saw as real. He had gotten a message the whole herd had that they had a new leader and since he had always been left in charge when a leader was absent so he was the one to meet her. He slid a stop and reared before dropping to let his eyes meet with the mares eyes, he let his fake flames go away. He smiled and dipped his head in respect. "You must be Nabila."

Nabila stood, head held high, eyes searching in a picky fashion over the land. The green irises that stared out from the delicate looking dished head flickered over the land she looked at. Then she saw it, or him, the stallion she had been searching for. Razor. His fake illusion flames moving with him a she thundered towards her. His flames did look real though, she just had this picking way to her, but she wasn't completely sure yet. For all she knew, they were real, leaving it at that. A cruel smile curved those lips as his head dipped in respect, and her green eyes, fierce and watching him like a hawk, twinkled in sheer joy of final power. "Yes, and you Razor." She tossed her mane back, flicking her tail with a smile at him.

He did not keep his head low for long, he deeply hated lowering it to someone he had not even met yet, his old leader was long dead and it have been hard for the king replace the old stallion and now this mare was taking over. Razor raised his head and showed his proud fiery red head, his nostrils flared and his eyes flicked over her. He did not resent her as the knew leader he was just a little picky about his new leader but he believed in his king so he nodded to the mare. "Forest Fire is my givin' name but only the King calls me that," He said his voice as sharp as his horn and as warm as a welcoming winter fire. "The King said you'd be here today, I am supposed to show you the borders of the Fire Plains. I am supposed to..." He faded off with a snort, "Long story short I show you around, show you the borders, make you understand whats going on with the land and make sure you make a good leader." He said with a snort and whipped his head, then licked his lips, he studied her and said in his proud voice. "Me nor the king have any doubts about your leading ability its just that there have been some things going on in the lands that make us wary." He explained.

Nabila had the right to be proud, she had been chosen by the kind to take over the old leaders place. But, she still had a lot to prove and she wasn't going to be too cocky, she would earn her right to be completely prideful. She watched as he raised his head, and a level, equal look came into her eyes. She didn't feel the hot headed sensation of another bowing to her, she felt the equal place from one to another. She nodded as he told her his orignal name, listening to the tone of his voice, she felt a bit she guessed, relieved that he was welcoming. Maybe, she had thought that they would be resentful to have a mare ruling that just came out of no where. She had been loyal to the king as long as she had opened her eyes, and she had hoped to some day reach this. Now, all her natural leader instincts had payed off as well as her loyalty. Her audits picked up every word he said then nodded. Make sure she was a good leader? Well, she guessed that was some extra precaution so she wouldn't ruin anything. She nodded her cranium "Yes,I understand" She stood, waiting for him to show her around.

Razor kept his head held high, his dark red eyes scanned over the mare a bit before he snorted and started to move across the plains, as his fire red body started to move he let his mind wander to other thoughts. The king had told him that a new leader was coming but he had not mentioned if she had been in the Tree Dome or not, if she had why would the King ask him to keep an eye on her in a sense? And if she hadn't why would the king take a chance of her not being good? The answer had yet to come to him but he was determined to figure out the answer, if she was good he already thought she would make a good leader. Maybe that was the answer? Maybe the King knew she was good but wanted to make sure she could take care of the ones that would become reliant on her? Razor snorted and lashed his ink black tail at the annoying bugs that buzzed around him, "I am not a horse you insist little snots." He ground out as the flies continued to land on him and annoy him to no end. As he walked he glanced around the area, this place was a nice place to call home, it was always hot, and there was nothing to damage with the fires his herd so often started. There was little water of course but if you knew this land you could find enough to get you through. Razor had been born to this great herd, he did not be born to another and come here seeking something that suited him better. No he was born here and never planed on leaving his lands. He knew they were not his lands or his herd but from the time he had been born he had called them that so that they remained to this day. But a even more common name he called them was his Family and Home. He glanced at the mare that had taken the old ones place, she was strong, that he could clearly see. But the real question was not about her strength, it was about the strength she would have for her herd for the ones that would look to her to make things right when one of them were wronged or to help them make sense of something they did not understand, it would be her job to chose who tested new members to prove their loyalty, to prove their true worth. As he walked he thought about what he should say to her, surely this wasn't easy for her with him just saying he pretty much had to babysit her when in truth he hadn't meant it that way at all. Razor sighed and shook out his dark mane and turned his dark eyes to the mare. "I didn't mean that in a sense there are doubts about you being a fine leader... Its just that it is not easy to take on everyone's troubles as your own at first, I was just supposed to make sure you can get the hang of it, I'm always here to help with anything you need help with. My job in this herd has always been the caretaker... Take care of it when the leaders are gone so I am very good at my job, and since I was born here I know everything about this herd and the land for which it was named after." He said his voice proud, strong, and had a hint of loyalty to it. She may have just arrived, but he saw something in her. Something only true leaders had, her elegant look and fierce eyes showed a lot about her but he had seen a few lead mares and she had their look. The proud look, the one that knew they were boss, the one he was often told he had by the previous leaders. Yeah he was completely capable of running the herd as the lead stallion, but the point of it was he didn't want to run the herd for more then when he had to be its care taker. He may have been very dominate and was often left alone cause of his fierce temper, he was also looked to for help when the leaders were gone, he was brave and loyal, he had never let anyone down by choice. So yeah to any outsider he was the perfect leader, harsh but cared too. But the point was he didn't want that kind of job, he liked acting like young colt with no responsibly. He glanced over at the mare again said, "The watering holes are probably the first place we should visit so that you know where their at." His voice and face were serious but his eyes had already started to dance with the tricks and pranks that ceased to race through his mind.
